Fields out for 2016 Healesville Cup Heats

The fields are out for the 2016 Healesville Cup heats! Seven heats make up the 12 race card, with a dream match-up in the sixth heat that will see Aston Bolero and Landmark go head-to-head.

Aston Bolero and Landmark last met in the $10,000 Straight Track Championship Final at Healesville two weeks ago. The shock victory went the way of Landmark who paid $13.50 for the feature win, with Aston Bolero finishing third.

Landmark is in fantastic form recording eight wins and two seconds in his last ten starts for trainer Robert Britton. Sunday will see him jump outside Aston Bolero from box eight.

Aston Bolero heads into the heats off the back of recording track records at Warragul, Geelong and Sale. Aston Bolero’s last unplaced run was in the Group Two Horsham Cup in June from box seven, the same box he is set to jump from in the Healesville Cup Heats.

The queen of the straight track It’s All Talk will jump from box three in the opening Healesville Cup heat. It’s All Talk is coming off her first defeat up the straight, which saw her finish second behind Landmark in the Straight Track Championship Final. The daughter of Magic Sprite and Fainting Fancies started her career with six straight wins at Healesville.
