The Healesville Greyhound Association (HGA) is situated in the Healesville Sporting Complex on Don Road, Healesville in the picturesque Yarra Valley and conducts up to three race meets per week (110+ per year) and one mid-week trial session.

The Track and Facilities Manager leads a small but capable team responsible for the preparation and presentation of the race track, maintenance of the facilities, and general upkeep of the grounds at the Club. The role ensures safe racing facilities for both greyhounds and participants, an attractive and well maintained environment for all stakeholders, race day patrons and visitors in line with the Club & Greyhound Racing Victoria standards.

The Assistant Track Manager supports the Track Manager in the preparation and presentation of the race track, maintenance of the facilities, and general upkeep of the grounds at the Club. The role assists in providing safe racing facilities for both greyhounds and participants, an attractive and well maintained environment for all stakeholders, race day patrons and visitors in line with the Club & Greyhound Racing Victoria standards.

The Race day operations staff are a critical first point of contact for participants. Positions include a range of race duties including greyhound identification, gate operations and other duties. Some positions require working with greyhounds, understanding of animal welfare considerations and the importance of a strong security process.
Melbourne Greyhounds (The Meadows) is currently responsible for the administration of the HGA and provides a level of support to the operations at Healesville.
