Due to the remedial works being carried out at the track after the loss of our race meeting on Sunday 31st July, there will be no trials or racing this week.
The race meeting set for Friday 5th August has been cancelled, however racing is set to return on Sunday 7th August with the start of the 2022 Healesville Festival of Racing.
The National Straight Track Championship heats begin this Sunday, 7th August, with the State Final to be held the following week. The Grand Final will be held at Richmond Straight (NSW) on Saturday 27th August over 324m offering a total prizemoney pool of $37,500.
Producing the track in the best possible condition is of the utmost importance to the Healesville Greyhound Association and Greyhound Racing Victoria, with the current remedial track works ensuring the welfare and safety of the greyhound is paramount.
