Healesville Greyhounds is supporting the 2025 Anzac Appeal with a fun filled afternoon featuring a live outdoor concert with the “Screamin’ Eagles” band. The Screamin’ Eagles can just about play anything, and the talent pool runs deep… three guitars, bass, drums, keys, sax and six vocals!
They can smash out all the Eagles hits but some of the other material they do will blow you away, these guys are known for their fun, energy and musical ability.
Supporting the Screamin’ Eagles will be special guests, “The Chantoozies”. The dynamic female pop vocal group dominated the 80s and 90′s with their party anthems, adored by audiences for their vibrant live shows
The day commences with Greyhound Racing from 1:00pm along with food trucks and kids’ entertainment throughout the day.
“We look forward to raising some much-needed funds for the Anzac Appeal.”
Healesville General Manager Peter Frost said.
“Our outdoor facilities are underutilised, and we are all genuinely excited about showcasing our venue whilst supporting such a worthy cause.
All profits from the event will go directly to the appeal.
Race 10 will see 8 local RSL clubs invited to take a runner for a chance to win $2000 for 1st place, $1500 for 2nd and $500 for third. These funds will be going directly to the winning clubs Welfare and Patriotic fund.
